Post-Christmas post, part II.

I definitely need the structure of school days. I am not getting much accomplished this holiday!

We had a quiet Christmas morning compared to years we are with my family and have all the aunts, uncles and cousins under one roof. Vivian did pretty well with fewer people, though, and even reasonably tolerated the afternoon when we gathered with all of Robert's family at his mom's house to exchange gifts and have Christmas dinner.

Here are some pictures from our Christmas Day:

Awww. Must say I love a glimpse into everyones rituals! I didn't do much photography during the moment...but loved seeing yours.

Ps...based on shoe size, I think little dots is going to be tall! My 13 year old, Libby wears a size 10...she is now 5'7 and growing!

It looks like Santa brought great gifts and everyone enjoyed their presents. I have to share this...Lexi (my 9 year old) got boots that look like Uggs. The other day in the car she said "now when people say those are Uggs?" does that mean they think they are ugly?...lol I just cracked up and told her that Ugg was a brand name like Gap or Skechers. She understood and then got cracked up. One of those fun moments you have with your kids.

Anyway, I hope you and your family have a great New Year's Eve. I am so glad I discovered your blog and look forward to blogging with you in 2009!
