Yesterday I met the ever-charming Hopsy from Monograms and Manicures for lunch at a local French bistro that specializes in soufflés. We had a wonderful visit over some quite delicious food. She and I talked for over two hours and could have chatted longer if carpool and work duties hadn't called us back to the real world.

The pièce de résistance was this fabulous Grand Marnier soufflé that we shared for dessert
