My sweet friend Christie has been waiting for 3½ years to adopt a baby from China. Finally she and her husband are within a month of receiving their referral, and they are holding a garage sale to raise some of the funds needed to bring their daughter home.
This weekend Dots, Vivian, Tucker and I loaded up my car with the fruits of some recent closet cleanings and drove to Christie's home to donate them to her garage sale. We enjoyed seeing Christie and her husband, Anton, and meeting their precious son, Quint, whom they adopted from Ethiopia last year.
Best wishes with your sale, Christie! We look forward to hearing happy news from you soon.

I unintentionally contaminated all of the pictures on my blog when I changed my privacy settings on Flickr. I am working backwards to correct them all, but it is quite a tedious procedure! If you encounter a post with error messages from Flickr where the pictures should be, then I haven't gotten to that post yet. Please let me know and I will update it immediately. Thanks for your patience!
