Crazy week.

I've barely recovered from attending four travel hockey playoff games in 24 hours this past weekend (even worse, we lost all of them!), and now I'm facing a whirlwind of activity in my life this week.

I have cafeteria duty at the high school tomorrow and at the middle school on Thursday. I'm hosting the Varsity Hockey team for dinner at our house Thursday night before attending their game. Our annual Junior Charity League Spring Benefit Luncheon is Friday and I have set-up shifts for that this afternoon and Thursday afternoon. Throw in a doctor's appointment for Hockey Boy late today, and you have a picture of why my blogging time is scarce this week.

I promise to take pictures at the hockey team dinner Thursday night and the luncheon Friday and report on everything soon. I also owe you a recap of the high school Literary Festival I helped coordinate last month (former U.S. Poet Laureate, Billy Collins, was the keynote speaker and he was fabulous).

Stay tuned!

Thinking of Hawaii... only 11 more days!

Hawaii sounds so good right now. We went last spring break with our younger guys and we all want to get back asap.
I'm thinking next year.
Hang in there with all your busyness, there is a pool side chaise in your near future!
